Sharing a carousel of photos and videos on her Instagram, the actress showcased a masterful blend of contemporary style and vibrant color, sparking a social media frenzy.

In the posts, Mahira was seen wearing a long, button down purple tunic layered over classic blue denim jeans, creating a look that perfectly balanced elegance with casual flair. 

Styled with bold, sculptural silver jewelry. Her makeup complemented the outfit with a warm, monochromatic palette: a dewy, sun-kissed base, flushed cheeks, and a softly blurred berry lip stain. 

The photographs were taken indoors, featuring a distinctive tree mural on the ceiling that added a whimsical, nature inspired backdrop to the composition.

One of the videos included Mahira alongside Fahad Mustafa and Tabish Hashmi during a mall appearance promoting the upcoming film Aag Lagay Basti Mein. 

Set to release on Eid-ul-Fitr 2026, the action film stars Mahira and Fahad Mustafa, with Tabish Hashmi making his film debut and Javed Sheikh portraying a crime boss. The movie was primarily shot in Lyari, Karachi, lending a gritty, authentic backdrop to its story.

Reflecting on her role, Mahira revealed that her character presented a unique challenge, being vastly different from her own personality. 

She also shared that she had chosen to take a temporary break from films to focus on television, waiting for the right project to return to the big screen.
