'Ertugrul' star Esra Bilgic has once again won hearts of millions of Pakistanis as she has thanked her Pakistani fans for their support and compliments and announced that she will visit Pakistan once the situation normalises.

In a tweet on Sunday, she said: “I would like to thank you with all my heart for you precious compliments. Your support makes me really happy. I’m waiting excitedly to meet you all in Pakistan after this period. Take good care of yourself and stay healthy. Love you all.”

The Turkish actress has won the hearts of millions of people across the world with her performance in popular drama series "Dirilis: Ertugrul". The drama series started airing on state-run Pakistan Television (PTV) on the instructions of Prime Minister Imran Khan in Ramazan.

Esra, who plays Halime Sultan, was among few international celebrities who had called out Indian actress Priyanka Chopra for supporting war against Pakistan after IAF strikes. She also condemned the Bollywood actress for insulting a Pakistani-origin woman who had called her out for her tweet at a public event.
