Polling underway for LB by elections on two vacant seats in Hyderabad

Polling is underway for by-elections to two vacant seats of the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.

The District Election Commission visited polling stations and reviewed the polling process.

Polling is underway for the chairman seat in UC-43 of Town Preetabad and the ward member seat in UC-49.

Seven candidates are contesting for the chairman seat in UC 43 of Town Preetabad.

Two candidates are contesting for the general ward member seat in UC-49 Ward 2.

A total of 7 polling stations were set up for by-elections, and tight security arrangements were made.
