Three Motorway Police officers die in Uch Sharif smash
Three Motorway Police officers died on the spot when their patrol vehicle was rammed by a speedy bus on Motorway M-5 near Uch Sharif on Monday morning, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel.
Motorway Police spokesman Syed Imran Ahmad said that the accident occurred on the M-5 Motorway, where a speeding bus hit a Motorway Police patrolling mobile vehicle from behind, killing three officers on the spot.
Sector Commander and DSP Motorways, along with rescue teams, rushed to the accident site and shifted the dead bodies to a hospital.
The deceased officials were identified as SI Muhammad Ashfaq, ASI Nasir Abbas, and Constable Usama.

Meanwhile, a man died and two others injured in a collision between a passenger bus and a trailer on Motorway-4 near Shorkot on Monday morning.
The bus with 35 passengers on board was travelling from Karachi to Lahore when it met the accident after its driver fell asleep.
The spokesman said the driver died in the accident while two other passengers received minor injuries, who were shifted to a hospital.
