The nation won’t give amnesty to Prime Minister Imran Khan, Bilawal said as he visited the venue of a public gathering in Karachi as part of opposition’s Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) against the government.
Earlier in the day, Prime Minister Imran Khan said the opposition would see him changed from now. "No dacoit will get a production order,” he said the day after the PDM maiden move in Gujranwala.
Democracy has solutions to all the problems plaguing the county, he Bilawal told the media in Karachi. Flanked by ex-premiers Yousaf Raza Gilani and Raza Pervez Ahsraf, he said the opposition parties let the PPP hold the meeting on October 18 in Karachi to pay tribute to the Karsaz carnage martyrs.
Benazir Bhutto never left her workers in lurch, the PPP chief said, adding that Benazir Bhutto returned home for the cause and she and her supporter braved terrorism for the sake of supremacy of democracy.
He reiterated the PPP resolve to continue with BB’s mission for supremacy of democracy. “No state organ is independent, inflation is unbridled and PDM is aimed at to get the democracy restored, said adding that a clear message will be sent from Karachi.
“We don’t want to hit the military’s morale. We want the military to guard the frontiers. We want the judiciary to deliver free and we parliamentary sovereignty,” he insisted.
