Female pilot safe as training plane crash-lands at Lahore’s Walton Airport

A training aircraft crash-landed at Walton Airport in Lahore on Thursday prompting the CAA to ban all training flights by the flying clubs, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
According to the TV channel, the plane’s front wheel broken when it was being landed by a female pilot.
The rescue teams of Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) rushed to the crash-lading site and helped the female pilot stuck in the plane to come out.
The CAA shut down the main runway of the Walton Airport of the incident. The CAA teams also sealed the crash-landing site.
A team of the Aircraft Accident Investigation Board also rushed to the spot to probe the incident involving a training plane having registration number “AP-BEO”.
