PPP's former MNA Hayatullah Khan Tareen passes away

Pakistan People's Party (PPP) leader and former Member of the National Assembly (MNA) Nawab Hayatullah Khan Tareen passed away on Tuesday.

According to the 24News HD TV channel, the funeral prayer of Nawab Hayat Khan Tarin will be performed at 10 o'clock tonight at his native village in Lodhran, Multan.

As per the channel report, Nawab Hayat Tarin was ill for a long time.

He won elections from national assembly constituency NA-155 Lodhran in 2008 from his party, the PPP but was forced later to resign due to having a fake graduation degree.

His wife Shazia Hayatullah Khan Tareen and son Nawaz Nasrullah Khan Tareen are also politicians while his two sons Zafarullah Khan Tareen and Burhanullah Tareen are businessmen.
