A number of people and lawyers thrashed the prime accused of the Faisalabad student torture case—Sheikh Danish—while he was being brought to the local court in Faisalabad, reported 24NewsHD TV channel. 

In the video, it can be seen that unknown people beat Danish with shoes and slapped him multiple times.

Police personnel tried to stop the people from thrashing the main accused, and later took him out from the crowd and presented him before the magistrate.  

Police presented the accused in the Rana Ikhlaq’s Court in Faisalabad. The lawyer of the accused Danish pleaded before the court that ill-fated sections were included in FIR. He prayed that Police gave a media statement just to blackmail his client. He alleged that a political figure was behind the case. 

All five accused including the prime accused Danish are on 48 hours of physical remand while the Maham (Danish wife who forced the victim girl to lick her shoes) is on judicial remand.

The MLO report said that victim girl Khadija’s eyes, nose, face, and fingers were ‘fractured’. The medical report also confirmed that attackers and abductors also cut the hair of the victim. 

Also, authorities put the name Ana Sheikh, daughter of Danish Sheikh, on Exist Control List (ECL), reported 24News.

An industrialist Danish Sheikh along with his bodyguards including daughter Ana Sheikh and Maham kidnapped a medical student Khadija Mehmood from her home and tortured her brutally to satisfy their ego in Faisalabad.

The victim girl Khadija was not only sexually harassed but also filmed by the accused Sheikh Danish and his companions.

Accused Danish along with his daughter Ana Sheikh and guards forcefully kidnapped the girl from her home and took her to their residence at University Town. They forced her to lick the shoes and made a video of such an insulting act.

They also tortured her and cut her hair in revenge. The video of torture, licking of shoes, and trimmed hairs. CCPO Faisalabad Umar Saeed Malik took the notice of the incident and registered a case in the women's police station against the culprits.

The police presented five accused persons Danish, Maham, Shoaib Asghar, Faizan, and Tayyab in the court of the magistrate after the arrest. Women Parliamentary Caucus Secretary Shahida Akhtar Rahmani strongly condemned the brutal acts of the medical student Khadija in Faisalabad.

She said that the abduction, torture, and heinous act of BDS student in Faisalabad is very sad and condemnable. She said the Caucus has sent a letter to IG Police Punjab, CPO, and DPO Faisalabad for a detailed investigation report of the incident.
