Dar praises outgoing French envoy’s role in strengthening Pakistan-France ties

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar on Tuesday praised outgoing French Ambassador Nicolas Galle for his contribution to strengthening Pakistan-France relations and called for further expansion of bilateral cooperation.

According to the Foreign Office spokesperson, Galle paid a farewell call on Dar as he completed his diplomatic assignment in Pakistan.

Dar congratulated the French ambassador on completing his tenure and appreciated his services in promoting relations between the two countries.

The deputy prime minister stressed the need to further broaden bilateral cooperation and maintain high-level contacts, dialogue and consultations on bilateral and regional issues.

He also called for increased high-level exchanges between Pakistan and France to deepen engagement across areas of mutual interest.

Ambassador Galle thanked Dar and the Government of Pakistan for the cooperation and support extended to him during his tenure.
