The federal government has extended the last date of cashing the prize bonds of denominations of Rs40,000, Rs25,000, Rs15,000, and Rs7,500 till March 31, 2022.

According to the 24News HD TV channel, the Finance Division on Saturday issued a notification of the extended date for exchanging or depositing the said value bonds.

The sources said that at present, prize bonds of denomination of Rs40,000 worth Rs1.1 billion are in the possession of the general public.

Similarly, prize bonds worth Rs25,000 worth Rs2.465 billion, prize bonds worth Rs15,000 worth Rs8.2 billion, and prize bonds worth Rs7,500 worth Rs15 billion are in the possession of the general public.
