Daughter axes father to death on rape attempt in Narowal

A daughter axed her father to death in Narowal for allegedly raping her, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.
The gruesome incident took place in village Jhande Langaah where the daughter, who was aged between 15/16, attacked her father Shabbir (54) with axes. Consequently, he died on the spot.
The accused told the local police in a statement: “My father was sleeping in the room and he asked me for water in the middle of the night. When I went to give him water, he grabbed my hand and attempted rape. I escaped and hacked my father to death out of rage.”
The local police have arrested the accused and are investigating the matter.
