Weather Forecast: Cold and partly cloudy with fog in plains of Punjab and Upper Sindh

Most parts of Pakistan are expected to experience cold and partly cloudy weather, with fog and smog likely in the plains of Punjab and Upper Sindh.

Islamabad & Surrounding Areas: Cold and partly cloudy conditions are expected.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: Weather will remain cold and partly cloudy across most districts.

Punjab: Cold and partly cloudy weather is forecast for most districts, including Murree, Galiyat, and surrounding areas. Cities including Sialkot, Narowal, Lahore, Sheikhupura, Gujranwala, Jhelum, Faisalabad, Multan, Bahawalpur, Rahim Yar Khan, and others are likely to experience fog or smog during morning and night hours.

Balochistan: Most districts will remain cold and partly cloudy, but strong winds and thundershowers are expected in Chagai, Noshki, Panjgur, Kech, Quetta, Kalat, Mastung, Zhob, and nearby areas during the evening and night.

Sindh: Weather will be dry and partly cloudy in most districts. Light fog is expected in Sukkur, Rohri, Shikarpur, Kashmore, Mohenjodaro, and surrounding areas during morning and night hours.

Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan: Extremely cold and partly cloudy weather is expected. Minimum temperatures recorded today include Leh and Gopis at minus 3°C, and Bagroot and Skardu at minus 2°C.

Citizens are advised to take precautions against cold weather and limited visibility due to fog and smog in affected areas.
