District West Police in Karachi foiled a bid to smuggle Iranian diesel and apprehended two suspects involved in smuggling from Northern Bypass Road, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday. 

Officials claimed that 30,000 litres of Iranian diesel was recovered.

It may be mentioned here that Iranian smuggled petrol and diesel were openly being sold in Balochistan and some areas of Sindh.
