FIA offloads passengers going abroad on fake visas from Islamabad Airport

During the ongoing crackdown on human smugglers, Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) officials offloaded two passengers who were travelling to Portugal on fake and forged visas and documents from New Islamabad International Airport, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday. 
Both passengers were later identified as Hasnain Azhar and Mohammad Atif. Accused Hasnain Azhar tried to travel on a fake Resident Card of Portugal, while Mohammad Atif was in contact with other agents.
Later, the FIA team arrested both human smugglers and shifted them to the Anti-Human Trafficking Circle in Islamabad.
FIA nabs six human smugglers from Gujranwala
In another crackdown, the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) arrested six human smugglers from Gujranwala.
A spokesman of FIA said that the arrested accused were later identified as Sajid Chahal, Arif Masih, Sulemain Nawaz, Mohammad Naeem, Mohammad Farhan, and Mohammad Younus.
The FIA arrested these human smugglers from different areas of Lahore and Gujranwala.
The accused extorted Rs 36.8 million from citizens on the pretext of sending them abroad. The arrested accused, Sajid Chahal, was wanted by the authorities in five cases. All the human smugglers failed to send any person abroad. Further investigation was underway.
