Two boys died, another injured as truck hits motorcycle cart in Malkwal

A speeding truck ran over a motorcycle cart carrying a nomadic family in Malkwal, resulting in the deaths of two boys and leaving another critically injured, 24NewsHD TV reported on Sunday. 

The victims, 15-year-old Imran and 13-year-old Tara, both sons of Kala Khan and Niazi, respectively, were traveling with Amra (son of Kala Khan) when the incident occurred near Kilo Wal.

Imran and Tara died on the spot, while Amra sustained serious injuries.

Rescue 1122 teams reached the site and transported the injured and the deceased to the THQ Hospital Malkwal for treatment and post-mortem procedures.

Police have initiated an inquiry into the accident.
