Five dacoits of kacha gang in Muzaffargarh surrender
Five dacoits of Kacha gang in Muzaffargarh's Alipur area have surrendered and handed over weapons and 100 cattle to police on Friday, reported 24NewsHDTV Channel.
According to a spokesperson for Punjab Police, the Katcha dacoit gang surrendered itself along with 100 stolen animals. The robbers who surrendered included Qalandar Bosan, Allah Nawaz Bosan, Shahzad, Faiz Rasool Bosan and Sajid Bosan.
After a week of intense confrontation with the Raghar police, the Kacha gang decided to surrender after failing to resist, Punjab Police spokesperson said. Initially, 5 key members of the gang surrendered themselves along with their weapons and gang members also repented from the world of crime.
Gang members also handed over 4 Kalashnikovs and 2 repeaters to the police. Dozens of cases like terrorism, murder, attempt to murder, robbery and banditry have been registered against the armed robbers. DPO Muzaffargarh Dr Rizwan Khan handed over the recovered 100 cattle to the original owners in Mid Sonhare Shah.
