Hailey talks about stress-related skin condition amid Justin’s financial woes
Model and entrepreneur Hailey Bieber has revealed the toll that stress has taken on her health as her husband, pop star Justin Bieber, faces ongoing financial challenges.
Taking to Instagram Stories, the 28-year-old Rhode founder shared a close-up photo showing a visible flare-up of perioral dermatitis, a skin condition that typically causes redness and irritation around the mouth and chin.
Hailey explained that her skin condition worsens with factors such as travel, lack of sleep, hormonal changes, new skincare products, and, most notably, stress. “Always flares up when I'm travelling a lot, sleep deprived, hormones, the wrong SPF, new products, stress,” she wrote.
In another post, she shared the minimalist routine she uses to soothe her skin, including water rinses, prescription creams like Azelaic acid and Clindamycin, hypochlorous acid, and her own Rhode product, Glazing Milk.

The update comes as the couple finds themselves in the public eye due to reports surrounding Justin’s financial obligations. Earlier this year, it was reported that the singer owes tens of millions of dollars related to a past contract dispute with former manager Scooter Braun and HYBE America.
However, a spokesperson for Hailey clarified that the recent $1 billion sale of her skincare brand Rhode, to E.l.f. Cosmetics has no connection to her husband’s financial matters. “The historic sale of Rhode is a huge accomplishment for Hailey and is completely separate from her husband and his business affairs,” they stated.
Despite the pressure, Hailey has continued to stand by Justin, who recently released his seventh studio album, Swag. Sources say she supported him throughout the creative process and encouraged him to trust his artistic instincts after parting ways with his longtime manager.
The couple, who welcomed their first child earlier this year, continue to support each other through personal and professional highs and lows.
