IHC CJ constitutes new administrative committee sans senior judges

Islamabad High Court (IHC) Chief Justice Sardar Sarfraz Dogar on Friday constituted a new four-member administrative committee leaving out senior-most judges, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The committee will be headed by Justice Sardar Sarfraz Dogar which also includes Justice Arbab Mohammad Tahir, Justice Khadim Hussain Soomro, and Justice Azam Khan as members.

The Registrar of the Islamabad High Court issued a notification in this regard after obtaining approval from the Islamabad High Court.

The administrative committee will be authorized to make all decisions regarding administrative matters of the Islamabad High Court.

It may be mentioned here that the three senior-most IHC judges were not included in the administrative committee.
