Women’s cricket season 2025-26 calendar released

Women's cricket season 2025-26 calendar has been released according to which national women's team will travel to Ireland in August, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday.

According to the calendar, national team will play three T20 Internationals against Ireland.

Moreover, South Africa women's team will tour Pakistan in September. Three ODIs to be played in Lahore from September 16 to 22 in the tour.

Further, Women's World Cup to be played from September 30 to November 2 and Pakistan women's team will play its matches in Sri Lanka.

Pakistan women's team to tour South Africa from February 7 to March 2, 2026. The tour to South Africa will include three ODIs and three T20 Internationals.

Zimbabwe women's cricket team will visit Pakistan in April 2026. Series against Zimbabwe to be played from April 24 to May 11. Series to include three ODIs and three T20 Internationals.

Women's T20 World Cup 12 Scheduled in England from June to July 5.

Pakistan cricket team will play a three-nation T20 series in Ireland before the T20 World Cup.

Pakistan and West Indies cricket teams will participate in the three-nation T20 series.

Pakistan U-19 Women's team will tour Bangladesh in December this year and will play five T20 matches on the tour of Bangladesh.

National Women's One-Day Tournament will be held in Karachi from November 6 to 24.

National Women's T20 Tournament will be held in Karachi from March 24 to April 17, 2026.

Both national tournaments will be played in double league format.

Women's U-19 T20 Tournament will be held in Karachi from September 15 to October 6.

Women's Inter-University Cricket Tournament is also scheduled in October this year.

In this regard, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Head of Women Cricket Rafia Haider said that 2025-26 schedule will give players good opportunities to play. 

Head of Women's Cricket Rafia Haider further said pathways program strengthened to bring young players forward.

The Under-19 tournament and the Bangladesh tour are a big opportunity for the youth, Rafia Haider said.

She said that the new season is important, two big events like the World Cup are ahead. 

Rafia Haider said playing against good opponents will improve the performance of the players. 

Discussions are underway to include a departmental tournament in women's cricket, Rafia Haider said.
