Former lord mayor of Lahore Colonel (r) Mubashar Javed met with former prime minister and PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif at his London residence, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.  

Both discussed the overall political situation of the country. 

Senator Ishaq Dar was also present at the meeting in London.  

The former prime minister was allowed to go to the UK for treatment by the PTI government for a specific time period.
