PML-Q felicitates PM Shehbaz on getting elected as PML-N president

Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) on Saturday congratulated Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on getting elected as Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) president, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

In his message, PML-Q’s Secretary Information Mustafa Malik said he, on behalf of his party’s leadership, felicitated Shehbaz and other newly-elected office-bearers of the PML-N. “The PML-N leadership is eager to promote democratic traditions in the party, which is a good omen,” he said, adding, “The party’s chief organizer Maryam Nawaz has worked hard to make the party popular. In fact, she and other senior leaders have infused a new spirit in the PML-N.”

PML-Q’s secretary information went on to say that despite difficult economic conditions the coalition government performed well. “We will continue to support the government for the country’s prosperity, stability and revival of the economy,” he said.
