Lieutenant among 4 soldiers martyred in major anti-terror operation
Seven terrorists also killed in the North Waziristan action

Four soldiers embraced martyrdom in an operation against terrorists in North Waziristan, ISPR said in a statement issued in Rawalpindi on Wednesday.
The security personnel launched an intelligence-based operation in Mama Ziarat area, seven kms southwest of Dattakhel in North Waziristan District.
Terrorists resorted to indiscriminate firing as soon as the troops raided their hideout. The gunbattle left Lieutenant Agha Muqadas Ali Khan, Lance Havaldar Qamar Nadeem, Sepoy Muhammad Qasim and Sepoy Tauseef martyred.
However, the troops also killed seven terrorists and damaged their hideout.
A large cache of arms, ammunition and IEDs recovered from the hideout during clearance.
Details of shaheed are:
1. Lieutenant Agha Muqadas Ali Khan, age 26 years, resident of Lahore
2. Lance Havaldar Qamar Nadeem, age 36 years, resident of Layyah, married, survived by wife , two sons and a daughter
3. Sepoy Muhammad Qasim, age 24 years, resident of Layyah
4. Sepoy Tauseef, age 23 years, resident of Narowal.
