Former President of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari and Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari termed the ruling party—the PTI attack on Sindh House as an act of terrorism and direct attack on the federation.
President of Pakistan People’s Party Parliamentarians Asif Ali Zardari condemned the attack of PTI workers on Sindh House and said PM Imran Khan did not attack Sindh House but attacked the symbol of Sindh in the federation.
Asif Zardari said PM Imran Khan has hurt the federal identity of Pakistan by attacking Sindh House which is unbearable.
He said if Imran Khan had enough numbers, he would have demonstrated his power in the House instead of attacking Parliament Lodges and Sindh House.
The people of Pakistan are seeing who has the democratic values and who wants to spread chaos and push the country towards anarchy, he added.
While PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that the attack on Sindh House with a well-organized plan was equal to an attack on Sindh.
Bilawal said Sindh House in the federation is actually the identity of Sindh and Imran Khan showed his real hatred by invading Sindh.
He said by attacking the residences of the families of public representatives and high court judges, PM Imran Khan has also violated the sanctity of the “Chador Aur Chardewari” (privacy and private property).
He said it is questionable how the attackers crossed dozens of police checkpoints and reached Sindh House in the red zone.
