Nine people, including women and children, drowned after a car they were travelling in was swept away in a flash flood in Awaran district of Balochistan on Saturday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel. 

Following the incident, a search operation was carried out and the bodies of eight people were recovered while search for the last person was underway.
