Federal government changes Finance Secretary ahead of budget

The federal government Thursday changed Secretary Finance Division just ahead of the next year’s budget, reported 24NeewsHd TV channel.

Secretary Finance Division Hamid Yaqub Shaikh, a grade 22 officer, has been removed from the post, and is instructed to report to the Establishment Division.

Imdadullah Bosal of Grade 22 has been appointed as Secretary Finance Division.

Imdadullah Bosal was working as Special Secretary Finance Division.

Meanwhile, Waqas Ali Mehmood, Grade 21 officer posted in Balochistan Government, has been transferred and appointed Additional Secretary Housing and Works Division.
