China ready to establish AI innovation hub in Pakistan: Minister

Federal Minister for Education Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui has said that China has expressed willingness to establish an AI innovation hub centre in Pakistan, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The minister said this while briefing the media persons in Islamabad on Monday about his week-long visit to China.
He highlighted his detailed meeting with the Chinese Vice Minister of Education and proposals discussed for promotion of cooperation in the field of education.
Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui said that forty thousand Pakistani students are currently studying in China. He said we will encourage our youth to explore education opportunities, especially in the field of emerging technologies in China.
