Lahore police start collecting data of food delivery boys

After registering online taxi drivers, the Lahore police have started collecting data of food delivery boys, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.
The police are considering declaring the provision of a character certificate mandatory for the delivery boys. Police already declared that holding a character certificate is mandatory for online taxi drivers.
Every week, 6,000 people approached different taxi companies for a driver post. Deputy Inspector-General (DIG) Faisal Kamran said that meetings are being held for the appointment as a delivery boy.
Police officials said that holding a character certificate will be declared mandatory for food delivery riders.
