Zhalay Sarhadi calls out poor online shopping services after frustrating experiences
Pakistani actress Zhalay Sarhadi is not holding back when it comes to calling out bad online shopping experiences.
The actress shared a series of Instagram stories where she expressed frustration over two separate orders from well-known brands.
In her first story, Zhalay revealed that she had ordered a jora from a renowned brand and made an online payment, but even after a week, she still had not received any payment confirmation.

“Ordered a Jora from a very renowned brand. Paid online. It’s been a week they haven’t replied with payment confirmation. No haan yah naa. What do you guys suggest? Give them some more time or just name them and force them into answering!?” she wrote.
In another story, she shared a second frustrating experience involving sofa covers from another popular brand that had previously sent her PR packages.
According to Zhalay, while PR deliveries always arrived quickly, her paid order was reportedly returned by the courier due to her “unavailability” something she only discovered after tracking the package herself.

She also claimed the brand had not responded to her complaint for days.
She wrote, “Thank God I did not choose bank transfer this time! What’s up with these shoddy online services?”
The actress even asked followers whether she should publicly name the brands or give them more time to fix their customer service.
Her frustration feels relatable because many online shoppers have dealt with delayed deliveries, poor communication from brands that suddenly go silent after receiving payments.
Even in the age of social media, where customers frequently call out brands publicly, many people still claim their complaints go unresolved and Zhalay Sarhadi’s recent experience seems to reflect that same frustration.
