105 KP policemen killed in terrorist attacks this year

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has witnessed an increase in terrorist activities after the Taliban took control of the government in Afghanistan, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday.

The perils of militant regime have arisen as Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has experienced a mindboggling spike in militant attacks. 

The KP Police registered 151 cases in the first 11 months of this year. As many as 105 police officials were martyred this year and 109 were injured in terrorist attacks. 

Meanwhile, the highest number of martyred were 16 in April and 24 cases were registered in the same month.

Similarly, 19 policemen were injured in attacks in September, while 10 police officials’ embraced martyrdom and 7 injured in the attacks this month.

According to Inspectors General (IG) of KP Police Muazzam Jah Ansari, terrorists were released after the change of government in Afghanistan on August 15, 2021. The weapons left by America are being used against Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This is due to the fact that police are the easiest targets.
