Ace producer, director of Bollywood and TV show host Karan Johar was spotted watching Pakistani movie ‘The Legend of Maula Jutt (TLOMJ) in a cinema of Dubai. Well it was very obvious that he would watch this movie because of the fact that his sweet friend Fawad Khan starred in the movie.

In an interview, Pakistani actor Gohar Rasheed, who was also a part of the movie and played the character of ‘Maakha Natt,’ revealed that Karan Johar called the director of TLOMJ Bilal Lashari and praised the movie immensely.

It's a tremendous deal for the team, according to Gohar Rasheed. He viewed it as a turning point and a source of national pride.

It is pertinent to note that TLOMJ has broken all the records at the US box office as being the highest grossing movie so far. It has also collected more than 200 crores at the box office according to the team of The Legend of Maula Jatt. It was the highest budget movie of the Pakistan and has gotten an amazing response from public. The cast of the film include Fawad Khan, Mahira Khan, Hamza Ali Abbasi, Humaima Malick, Ali Azmat, Faris Shafi and Gohar Rasheed, Resham, Babar Ali and Nayyar Ejaz. The film was written by Nasir Adeeb who also wrote the original Maula Jutt. It was directed by Bilal Lashari and produced by Ammara Hikmat.
