Pakistan, Thailand conclude third round of political consultations in Islamabad

The third round of bilateral political consultations between Pakistan and Thailand concluded in Islamabad, with both sides agreeing to expand cooperation across multiple sectors, Foreign Office Spokesperson Tahir Hussain Andrabi said Tuesday.

During the discussions, the two countries agreed to deepen collaboration in trade, investment, education, and people-to-people exchanges, reaffirming their commitment to strengthening their long-standing partnership.

Andrabi said the talks were held in a “pleasant and constructive atmosphere,” reflecting the positive trajectory of Pakistan–Thailand relations.

Both sides also agreed to maintain regular high-level engagement and decided that the next round of political consultations will be held in Bangkok on mutually agreed dates.
