Meesha Shafi sings for Juhi Chawla Amazon Prime Series ‘Hush Hush’

Singer Meesha Shafi sharing news on her Instagram story said she has sung for the Amazon Prime Video offering Hush Hush which stars Juhi Chawla and Soha Ali Khan in titular roles.

The song—Mere Mahru—is available on YouTube.

Sameer Rahat has penned the lyrics. Dipanjan Guha has composed the track.

Hush Hush stars Juhi Chawla, Karishma Tanna, Soha Ali Khan, and Karishma Tanna among others.

Director Tanuja Chandra, in a Sunday Instagram post, said the vocals were in Meesha Shafi’s “gorgeous voice”.

Chandra said she was elated to have the track feature in the show terming it the “beating heart” of the series.

The song screens star Juhi working out footage while the remainder of the video reflects her struggles.

As per the director, the Hush Hush storyline is about four friends’ lies, deceit, and secrets following a dangerous incident at some party.
