Captain (retd) Zahid Saeed has been appointed the Chairman of Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC), reported 24NewsHD TV Channel Saturday.

The Establishment Division has issued a notification of the appointment of Captain (retd) Zahid Saeed as Chairman of Federal Public Service Commission.

Moreover, Shahid Ashraf Tarar has also been appointed as Member Federal Public Service Commission.

Prior, Shahid Tarar was working as Executive Director of World Bank. Tarar has been replaced by Finance Secretary Navid Kamran Baloch as Executive Director of World Bank.

Previously, Tarar has also worked as Secretary Communications and Chairman National Highway Authority.
