Previously, Mawra Hocane shared moments from the Shaukat Khanum fundraiser held in Birmingham, wearing her mother’s cherished outfit. The Jafaa actress' post was a heartfelt reflection on generosity, family bonds, and the beauty of giving back.

Mawra wrote: “Wore my mama’s outfit for our @shaukatkhanum fundraiser in Birmingham… I wish everyone could witness the generosity of that room… it was our final ask & we were able to go beyond our target not only because of those who donate regularly but little kids who raised their hands and encouraged more adults to donate… it was beautiful. Alhumdulillah.”

She added a hopeful note that perfectly encapsulated the spirit of the fundraiser: “Like I always say… May we be more… May we do more InshaAllah.” In a playful nod to her mother, she concluded with: “Ty mommy for lending me your outfit, now consider it stolen for life.” The Sabaat actress’ look for the evening carried both nostalgia and understated glamour.

She donned a traditional deep plum and magenta ensemble, richly adorned with intricate gold embroidery and patterned detailing that echoed timeless South Asian craftsmanship. Her styling struck the perfect balance between simplicity and poise.
