Former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif ‘bowled out’ incumbent Prime Minister Imran Khan at Sibi Mela inaugurated by President Arif Alvi.

A banner carrying picture of Nawaz Sharif instead of Imran Khan’s was imprinted on the invitation cards for the inaugural ceremony of Sibi Mela started on Wednesday.

President Arif Alvi opened the cultural event and shed light on importance of China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) projects being under way in Balochsitan.

He said: “This ushers in a new era of progress and development in Balochistan which is not only blessed with natural resources but also have developing fisheries and livestock sectors.”

The President stressed the need for construction of small dams in the province to overcome the water shortage.
