‘Selected’ govt can’t solve problems of Punjab, says Bilawal

PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said that the ‘selected’ government would never be able to solve the problems of the people of Punjab province.

A delegation of Peoples Party’s Central Punjab’s leadership called on Bilawal Bhutto Zardari at Bilawal House in Lahore on Wednesday to discuss the political situation of the province.

The delegation included Qamar Zaman Kaira, Samina Khalid Ghurki, Aslam Gill, Chaudhry Manzoor, Hassan Murtaza, Azizur Rehman Chan, Israr Butt and Malik Usman.

Speaking on the occasion, Bilawal said “There is a profound and historic relationship between PPP and Lahore.”

Bilawal said that the people of Punjab are paying a heavy price for the so-called (tabdeeli) change. The PPP Chairman said that the selected government could never resolve the issues of the people of Punjab, who are facing various challenges like inflation and unemployment.

He directed the party leaders to highlight the social issues on every forum.
