Punjab govt receives bodies of seven persons killed in Barkhan attack
Deputy Commissioner Dera Ghazi Khan Muhammad Usman Khalid and Commandant Muhammad Asad Khan Chandia on Wednesday received the bodies of seven persons who were killed in Barkhan area of Balochistan late Tuesday night, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.
Those whose bodies were received were: Adnan Mustafa s/o Ghulam Mustafa, a resident of Burewala, Vehari, DSP (R) Ashiq Hussain, son of Ghulam Sarwar, resident of Multan, Muhammad Ashiq, son of Dawood Ali, resident of Sheikhupura, Shaukat Ali, son of Sardar Ali, resident of Faisalabad, Asim Ali, son of Mahmood Ali, resident of Lahore, Muhammad Ajmal, son of Allah Wasaya, resident of Lodhran and Sufyan, son of Boota, resident of district Faisalabad.
The bodies will now be transported to the native areas of the dead persons.
Deputy Commissioner Dera Ghazi Khan Muhammad Usman Khalid has been assigned the duties of transporting the dead bodies of seven people belonging to Punjab to the respective districts.
Two brothers from Vehari Borewala, who were travelling from Quetta to Punjab, Balochistan, were left behind because one brother had an English identity card.
The other brother Adnan Mustafa was martyred after getting off the coach because he did not have one.
