Pakistan national cricketers are undertaking intensive training at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Lahore in preparation for a busy white-ball season, specifically the three-match T20I series against Australia and the upcoming ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2026.

According to 24NewsHD, the training camp is being conducted under the supervision of head coach Mike Hesson and director high performance centre Aaqib Javed.

Players are focusing on fitness, skills, and match readiness during the sessions.

Fast bowlers Ahmad Daniyal, Shaheen Afridi, and Salman Mirza bowled with full rhythm during net sessions, while batter Saim Ayub also took part in extensive batting practice.

Sources said the remaining players are expected to report to the camp within the next one to two days.

Meanwhile, the announcement of the squad for the Australia series and the World Cup is also expected within the same timeframe.
