Pakistan swimmers clock personal bests at Asian Age Group Championships

The Pakistan swimming team delivered encouraging performances at the ongoing Asian Age Group Swimming Championships in Bangkok, Thailand, 24NewsHD TV reported on Sunday. 

A 17-member Pakistani squad is representing the country at the event, comprising nine boys and eight girls competing in various age-group categories.

Among the standout performers, four swimmers from Punjab recorded new personal bests during their events.

Muhammad Yousaf, Chaudhry Hassan Ali, Rania Adnan, and Zoya Chauhan all improved their individual timings.

Other members of the Pakistan contingent also registered improved individual performances.

The national team is being coached by Atif Shafiq and Alia Mehdi, while Col (rtd) Ahmed Ali is serving as the team manager.

The Asian Age Group Swimming Championships feature the best emerging swimmers from across the continent, providing a valuable platform for young athletes to gain international experience.
