WAPDA Karate athletes win six medals at South Asian Championship
WAPDA athletes won a total of six medals while representing Pakistan at the 10th South Asian Karate Championship, 24NewsHD TV reported on Sunday.
The five-day championship was held in Dhaka, Bangladesh, where Pakistani karatekas competed against top athletes from across South Asia.

Leading the medal haul was Mir Hamza Kasi, who clinched the gold medal in the Under-21 category.
He further added to his success by securing a bronze medal in the Senior 75kg category, making him one of Pakistan's standout performers at the championship.

Mir Wais Khan earned a silver medal in the 61kg category.
WAPDA's female athletes also made their mark with strong performances.
Hafiza Iqra Munawar won a bronze medal in the 45kg category, while Rabia Farooq claimed bronze in the 50kg category and Laiba Zia secured bronze in the 55kg category.
The WAPDA Sports Board congratulated the athletes on their outstanding performances, praising their efforts in bringing laurels to Pakistan at the prestigious South Asian championship.
