Hand grenade hurled at police station in Peshawar

Some miscreants lobbed a hand grenade at Manchni Gate police station in Peshawar on Sunday; however, no loss of life was reported in the incident, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

According to the police, a vehicle parked inside the station was damaged.

The Force said that the miscreants, however, managed to flee after committing the crime.

Three cops injured in firing in Barra:

On the other hand, three policemen manning a picket at Barra, district Khyber were injured when they were fired at by unidentified assailants.  

However, when the police returned the fire, the attackers fled from the spot.
