Responding to claims of the leakage of papers during the Cambridge examinations, the Cambridge Board on Thursday said that these claims were baseless, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
In its detailed report, the Board said that after a detailed scrutiny by its security team, it was found out that most of the reports of paper leakage were false, and that it was evident that an attempt was made to cause mental agony to the candidates.
The Board, however, said that its security team had found credible evidence of some portions of three papers getting leaked just before the start of the exams. “Further investigation is underway and strict action will be taken against those found responsible,” it added.
