Pakistani pop sensation Asim Azhar left fans concerned after sharing glimpses from a hospital bed, only to later reassure them that he is recovering from a severe tonsil infection and is already feeling better thanks to their love and support.
Taking to his Instagram Stories, the singer posted a series of updates documenting his health scare. In one image, Asim could be seen lying in a hospital bed wearing a nebulizer mask while giving a thumbs-up gesture. He accompanied the picture with the caption, “Welcome back ,” hinting at his determination to bounce back stronger.

Realizing that the hospital snapshot had alarmed many of his followers, Asim quickly clarified the situation in another story.
"Ok sorry, didn’t mean to worry my fam. It’s just a tonsil infection. Doctors are saying, ‘Son, you've sung a lot, now sit at home for a bit,’" he wrote, adding a lighthearted touch to the update.

The singer explained that doctors have advised him to rest his voice and stay home for a while after extensive singing and recent musical commitments. However, he assured fans that there is no cause for concern.
"Baaki sab fit hai, tension nahi. Seeing all your love on the new releases every day is making me feel better already," he added, expressing gratitude for the overwhelming support he continues to receive.
