PDM plans motorcycle rally in Rawalpindi on March 24
The parties, part of the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM), an opposition parties’ alliance barring the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP), on Saturday decided to take out a motorcycle rally in Rawalpindi on March 24 to coincide with the opposition parties’ sit-in on the Constitution Avenue in Islamabad, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The decision was taken at the alliance’s meeting, which was attended by the representatives of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) and other political parties.
According to the plan, participants of the rally will begin their journey from Kamran Market in Saddar and after passing through Murree Road will finally culminate at Faizabad.
