After the MNA Najeeb Haroon suggested Prime Minister Imran Khan to step down to save the party, own party members on Saturday lashed out at founding member of ruling PTI, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

After the issuance of show-cause notices to estranged members, Federal Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry asked Najeeb Haroon to speak, according to his own worth and capability. 

Without the entity of PTI, even the family members of Najeeb would not cast vote for him, Fawad said.

Sindh Governor Imran Ismail labelled the statement of Najeeb Haroon ‘foolish’.

Najeeb Haroon, who is one of the founding members of PTI had earned over 79,000 votes in the general election of 2018, which were doubled the votes of the MQM’s candidate, who came second.

Besides this, Najeeb Haroon is also one of the highest tax-payer MNA.
