Islamabad court seeks report from NAB in Toshakhana vehicles reference

Islamabad Accountability Court sought report from National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in Toshakhana vehicles’ reference against President Asif Ali Zardari, former Prime Ministers Nawaz Sharif, Yousaf Raza Gilani and others, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.

However, NAB prosecutor sought time to submit the report in the court while the court asked for a report on the next hearing.

The NAB prosecutor Azhar Maqbool Shah told the court that Nawaz Sharif had requested to include him in investigation he was included in investigated.

Now our investigating officer is not available, NAB prosecutor said.

In the light of the investigation, the NAB will submit a report whether the case can be prosecuted or not.

The court will give time till the next hearing for submission of report, the NAB prosecutor requested.

Accountability Court Judge Nasir Javed Rana heard the case.

However, the court adjourned hearing of the case till April 17.
