5 die, 16 hurt during bus and van collision in Lalian

Five passengers die and several others got injured during a collision between bus and a van in Lalian city in district Chiniot on Wednesday evening, reported 24NewsHDTV Channel. 

According to rescue officials, during a collision three passengers die on the spot while two other succumbed to injuries on their way to hospital. 

The victims and injured were rushed to DHQ Chiniot and Allied Hospital Faisalabad. Eyewitnesses say the accident took place due to over speeding at Iftar time.
