Adnan Siddiqui denounces news of joining PML-N

Actor Adnan Siddiqui Thursday expressed anger at the Federal Minister for Information, Marriyum Aurangzeb, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Taking to Instagram, Adnan Siddiqui shared a video message and penned a text in which Adnan said he did not join Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz, adding that he met Nawaz Sharif to promote his film.

The 'Bela Pur Ki Dayan' star said: "No, I am not joining politics. I am still clueless on why there is no statement from the PML-N clarifying the same, especially when the official handle of the I&B ministry shared a fake tweet on the same".
Adnan said the false rumours were spread that he has joined PML-N.
Adnan said he contacted the Ministry of Information to clear the air over this matter.
Adnan said he was told that the Cabinet arrived to meet Nawaz, adding he meet the PML-N supremo to discuss the policy on films.
Adnan said he asked Nawaz to do something in the budget to improve the film industry.
Adnan said: "Whoever is in the government, the common man will go to it".
Adnan further said: "Family members told me that people don't want to watch your dramas and movies".
Adnan said:"I am an artist and I have no affiliation with any political party".
