Narowal Additional District and Sessions Judge Asif Bashir on Thursday awarded death sentence to three dacoits who gunned down a trader who resisted their attempt to commit robbery, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The judge also imposed a fine of rupees one million on the three convicts, notoriously known as the Ali Raza gang.

Narowal Police said that all the three were wanted in murder, dacoity and robbery incidents and they shot dead the trader during one of their robberies.

After hearing the verdict, all the three culprits were transferred to Narowal district prison. It is reported that locals in Narowal hailed the decision.
