3 children die after eating ‘poisonous’ sweets in Nowshera

A truly tragic incident took place today in Azakhel Bala area of Nowshera which left three young children dead, reported 24NewsHD TV.
Three siblings died after eating “poisonous sweets”. The mother who also consumed the same sweets was shifted to Qazi Medical Complex and was in critical condition.
The deceased children have been identified as Maryam, age 8 years, Hareem, age 6 years, and Yuman, age 4 years.
So far, there have been no details on the cause of the poisoning. Authorities are conducting investigations which will provide greater insight.
